Once we have all the necessary details we will pass this on to the scrap yard that has offered you the best price. They will be in touch via phone to arrange a convenient time to pick up the vehicle. On the day they’ll phone as they approach and request things like the V5C (which you aren’t required to have) or keys (again, not necessarily required so long as the vehicle can still be removed). You, as the owner, don’t have to be present on the day but you will need a signed note from the owner and photo ID.
